The worst customer service ever

Hi, on the 06/08/2020 i logged a call for my washing machine that’s no operational , an technician was send to check what is wrong with it and the diagnosis was that it’s a computer box , ever since then i have been taken from one pillar to another . no one is coming back to me the only answer i get always is that management is looking into the matter , so does it really take 4 months to look into a matter for a customer that is paying for something that she can’t use , i really don’t think its fair customer service ....Teljoy has the worst customer service i have ever experienced , no matter how many emails you send them no one bothers to reply or you get a reply after 4 days . I would not recommend anyone to do business with them
