The majority of us are always quick to complain
The majority of us are always quick to complain. However, when you receive excellent customer service, it needs to be recognized. Dylan and Masesi of Teljoy Technical Department, your customer service was excellent. Especially Dylan, since reporting my faulty appliance, he regularly phoned and kept me updated so I exactly know what is going on. Masesi resolved my inquiry very professionally earlier today and resolved the miscommunication in no time. Teljoy can be proud of both.
