Terrible service, machine not in working order

Bad service on teljoy repairing the defy washing machine, the water gets warm as it wants and then it's cold as ever and the technician saw all the dirt in the bucket when he drained it, but he still stated the machine is in workable order. So we washing our washing in the dirt as the machine is not to standard as it should be. This is really uncalled for because how am I or my family to operate a machine that's not in working order.
