Terrible service
Pathetic service!!
One can try everything to get hold of them and they just don't answer, they don't sort out things you ask them to, nothing... It's been days and days and they just don't get back to you when sending messages through the online portal nor via emails.
If this is the service a customer receives then I do not recommend them. Appliances might be great but if you lack customer service then you have nothing.
