Terrible Company & Service

I phoned in Today to make a payment arrangement regarding one of my units. The lady I spoke to was terribly rude & unprofessional. She threatened me & harassed me & wants to give me up for ***** when I want to make an arrangement ? Sorry sweets but do you even know the meaning of *****??? I will take this up with the FDCPA as this is punishable unfortunately for you. Never harass me again send me threatening mails or smses again stating you’ll come fetch my stuff if I’m trying to make an arrangement, as far as I’m concerned this is my property, you don’t tell me when you’ll rock up at my door step, I will chase you.
