Terrible

I have being trying to get an account approved for over a month already. My husband works for the government so obviously getting proof of employment is difficult. They sent them an email confirming and the work itself confirmed employment and now they want some other letter. No one keeps me updated on what’s happening and if I don’t phone them to query then there will be no progress at all. I have sent bank statements and payslips and still they think we are committing ***** or something. There new business department is pathetic
