I have been waiting almost 3 months for you to replace my washing machine, it was escalate to management, then the replacement was being delivered from the coast - your service is **** - I have recommended so many people and have several appliances with you and I will never rent from you again! When you want your money then it must be paid immediately or you come and collect it. Reference TJ***
