Teljoy won't keep there word dont trust them

Teljoy don't keep to there own policies we have had our frige fixed twice now and the third time they took it back so that they can replace it its been 3 months and still no answer on when we have to phone them 12 times today and still waiting for management to phone back don't trust there policies because they dont keep them
