Teljoy! What a terrible terrible company to deal with!

What a horrific company to deal with. Completely overpriced for substandard products. And now, they can not even respond to my request.

First of all, my account was increased by 7% all of a sudden. This for two laptops, one of which crashed in August 2019 and the other so pathetically slow, it is a nightmare to operate on. One TV constantly goes off channel for no apparent reason.

They're service is horrific. No response on e-mails, no response on call-back requests and that's if you actually get through on line because the page keeps on throwing out an error when you try to log a query.

This company is a rip-off! In every sense! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THEM! What a disgrace!
