Teljoy, what a mistake!
This business is destroying credit ratings as they don't seem to have qualified individuals in their accounts department. My account is up to date, but for the past 3 to 4 months I'm being listed on ITC as being in arears. First they couldn't even list my actual instalment (correct amount), then they listed me again and it is still wrong. I am taking legal steps against Teljoy. If you want to have a healthy (good) ITC rating and clean credit score, do not rent from Teljoy, I repeat, DO NOT RENT FROM TELJOY!!! You'll do yourself a favour to rather apply for credit at another institution. Avoid TELJOY!!!
