Teljoy what a joke

If it was possible I would not even give one star that is stil to good for the service we get from teljoy.

They are very quick to fill out your forms and give you the appliances but when it comes to doing they actual job they severely lack in it. As we asjed from the start for the amount to be debited from our account never happend we send emails to them asking whats going on with no reply at all. Today receiving an sms they on they way picking up to appliance. We called them asking them whats going on after talking to about 10 people getting the answer tge account was never put on debet order WOW what a surprise. The amount that is arrears is R463.87 now they are telling me I must pay R750.87 so I am paying for what they have not done what they should have done
