Brian was very helpful and very professional. He got **** done. Teljoy was not a pleasure to deal with though, as they kept asking for documents I sent, not once, not twice, probably 4 to 5 times. It was very frustrating having a process that should have taken a week took a few weeks. I was on the verge of going elsewhere before Brian started to assist me. Thank you Bian. The rating would be a 1 or 2 if it was not for Brian. Promote him to manager.
