TELJOY WANTS TO REPOSESS MY STUFF BUT I PAID!!

Payment was made of R1492.21 on 02/02/2015. Last week we received a call saying that we owe R1492.21, I faxed through the proof of payment and then never anything again. THIS MORNING my husband receives a call asking our address TELJOY WANTS TO REPOSESS OUR STUFF BECAUSE WE DID NOT PAY. AGAIN WE SEND THE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO [Email Removed] reply after the 3rd email a Pearl Pretorius replies saying only THANKS!!. I demand atleast an apology, wanting to take my stuff and not making sure that payment was received! Utterly disappointed.
