Teljoy useless

Going on 2 months now same complaint, different consultants. My query being escalated to management and higher, still no on gets back to me. Lots of promises and apologies, still not one person can help at teljoy worst experience I've ever had with teljoy. Truly pathetic customer service, extremely disappointed can't wait to get done with this company. I've seen teljoys replies to other customers, I wonder if they help besides sending apologies seems that all teljoy does. Really very useless, I frustrated with these consultants and their promises and apologies.
