Teljoy ******** double debt

I am highly unhappy with Teljoy.

I agreed to the Teljoy agreement and accepted the debt order that would go off my account on the 26th of each month.

The Xbox arrived on the 29th of October and we were very happy with it.

I expected the debt order for 26th November to be a little more as per what you explained to me. I DID NOT expect another debt order to be taken off my account on the 30th of November. This is totally unacceptable and i expect a FULL refund of the debt order as this is *****ing my money and NOT what was agreed upon.

I have attached screenshots of my debt order deduction. I need the refund to be done ASAP.

As a first time Teljoy customer i can tell you i am very unhappy.
