TELJOY - ******* OR LIERS

This whole experience started on 6 January, bear in mind we are now sitting in mid February 2023. My Washing machine (Defy) and Fridge (Hisense) was suppose to have been serviced. First it was a issue to get them to get the technicians to come and service the equipment, all stories can not find my place, to we are here and no one is here (all lies as they were busy apparently with a customer that needed them). AM I NOT A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I have been with them for 6 year already and make use of them often. Teljoy then collects my Fridge and washing machine, give me a loan washing machine and fridge that I as to use while my stuff is bein sorted out. After how many follow ups and moaning and complaints and emails. I am still without my washing mashine and fridge. the washing machine is over the 21day period they phoned and said that the machine will be credited and replaced. STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. My fridge I keep on getting sms that stated this has been closed and completed. AND STILL I DO NOT HAVE MY FRIDGE. Bear in mind that my contract is coming to and end at the end of March. IS THIS HOW TELJOY DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS TAKE STUFF BACK THAT YOU PAID FOR 3 YEARS AND NOT GET YOUR STUFF BACK. NO RESPONSE, NO FOLLOW UP AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The sad part is that I needed to make use of Teljoy again for a vacuum cleaner and Microwave I am starting to think I made a huge mistake as I can not even get my washing machine or fridge back. Am I now to call Teljoy ******* of should I still remain stating that they are there for the customer. WILL IT BE A BLATEND LIE if I say they are good or will this be the TRUTH that is spoken and no one had the guts to say it. I AM FURIOUS AS I PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I AM NOT GETTING BACK AND NOT HAVING THE PLESURE OF ENJOYING. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY STUFF I keep on wondering as the service/technical department leaves me hanging I am still waiting for my return call with results 2 weeks later again. I suppose I will be the one phoning again and getting the same *BS*
