Teljoy TERRIBLE Customer Service and Communication

Terrible customer service and communication from Teljoy. My account was in arrears and I paid the outstanding amount on 06/03/2023. The incorrect reference number was used, and I have since been trying to contact them to correct it and they have ignored every single one of my e-mails and phone calls. I am still receiving e-mails stating my account is in arrears. they are clearly not keeping on top of their communication and perhaps some customer service training will be in order. Again, I am very disappointed in their service.
