Teljoy takes my money and want to come collect goods in the 3rd year of paying

I was retrenched at work end May and my husband was on shortime because he is working in a tourist devision. I started paying either 700 or 800 for teljoy. But i did communicate to Portia who everytime threatened me that the goods will be collected. I was suppose to pay 1227. After a year they want to collect my goods and this is in the final year that i am done paying. But due to Covid we lost our jobs. I got a job and told them i can pay my full installments now and then we can arrange for the overdue amount. They said no. June i paid my full installments and today 22/06/2021 they send me a message a field agent is on his way to collect my goods.
