Teljoy suplies smelly couches

I ordered a couch from teljoy 3 months ago. After delivery we called them back to complain because the material of the couch smells awful and we are not happy. Al we want is a replacement at the same time as them collecting the other couch. It's been 2 months now and I'm still sitting with a smelly couch. They've sent someone to come take a photo of the couch though.i dont know how you can smell a picture. I'm canceling my contract today
