Teljoy stuffs up delivery and didn't meet their promise of installation

First experience with Teljoy, great. Then I decided to buy a dishwasher. Firstly, they sent me an sms TELLING me when they will be there with NO contact numbers. I couldn't be at my house or arrange someone to be there for the delivery and had no one to call but Teljoy. They couldn't help me reschedule the delivery (using THEIR delivery company). The delivery company subsequently tried to deliver the appliance THREE TIMES WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING ME. When they finally arrived, they had no idea that they had to install the appliance as well (which is part of the deal, and which is what happened with the first appliance). They stuffed me around with the delivery, and now I'm sitting with an appliance that is going to take me HOURS to figure out how to do it. NOT HAPPY!!!
