TELJOY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS!

I wish I can give a ZERO star rating because they don't even deserve a 1 star. We logged a fault for them to collect our couches as 2 of the couches had torn (leather couches). They collected on 30 May, We have followed up from July when our couches will be done and delivered. They have been messing us around DAILY telling us the couches will be delivered today, or the next day, it's been 4 weeks later and still we haven't received our couches! They keep telling my husband there's confusion on when they can deliver but I am working from home every day, even cancelling plans on Saturdays because they tell us they are coming. THE ****TEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN THE WORLD (and yes I can say the world because even in COVID we received better service in other countries).
