Teljoy service non existent

I received a broken TV from Teljoy on delivery. I have called numerous times and emailed photos of the damages to a few people but after 3week I still have not heard anything back. Every time I call I am just told that they will get back to me. Clearly they do not want customers or to keep them happy. Worst service ever from a company that wants money.
