Teljoy service is dismal

After being a loyal customer for years the service has deteriorated to the stage I received threatening SMS on my paid up account I have then cancelled my contracts with them telephonically and by email .Now because they have no service they trying to run a debit order on my account and when I call customer service THEY TRANSFER ME TO OBLIVION AND CUT THE CALL . Please stop trying to debit me for something I have cancelled . You have been given an instruction and I will not be paying for non service and threatening SMS's.
