⭐ 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE ZERO ISN’T AN OPTION ⭐
Absolutely disgusting customer service from Teljoy.
My dishwasher started showing an F54 error, so I logged a repair ticket. After receiving absolutely no meaningful assistance, I had to log a second ticket. I have now been waiting for THREE WEEKS for a technician to simply contact me and arrange an appointment to inspect and repair the appliance.
Three weeks. Two logged tickets. Multiple calls to Teljoy. And still nothing.
What exactly am I paying for if, when the appliance breaks, Teljoy cannot even get a technician out to assess the problem?
I have spent my time repeatedly chasing your call centre, explaining the same problem over and over again, only to be told that the matter has been escalated or that someone will contact me. Clearly, “escalated” at Teljoy means it gets thrown into a black hole and forgotten about.
This is completely unacceptable and an absolute joke of a customer service experience.
At this point, Teljoy can honestly take the dishwasher and chuck it where the sun doesn’t shine, because I am beyond frustrated with the lack of service and complete disregard for your customer.
If this is how Teljoy treats customers once they have their money, I would strongly reconsider using this company.
Three weeks for a technician to attend a faulty appliance is not reasonable service. It is unacceptable.
