i took a deal out last year October, laptop with speaker and printer. only to discover that the drives could not be installed as the laptop does not have a cd rom, this was not told to me when i took this deal or that internet would be required to install the drives, I have complained for months and nobody at teljoy assisted me . Emails were ignored. Yet they debited my account even though i was not happy with deal. Only one consultant has now come back to me and yet they cannot assist me seen that they give me a deal without disclaiming that the laptop has no cd rom or you need internet to install drives. Yet they admit there is no disclaimer on the deal!

Please could you intervene on this one, the customer bought a laptop that comes with a printer, it seems to install the drivers for the printer to work with the laptop one needs internet access, unfortunately she doesn’t have internet access but still holds us accountable to have the laptop connect to the printer. We need to resolve this one, I’ll arrange for the website to have a disclaimer to that states internet connection is required to set up the printer.

*A possible solution is for our technician or agent to go through with a ****le or something of that nature to download the drivers connect the printer then that’s that.

Could we do that?

Please advise as the customer is pretty upset.
