Teljoy ****

I recently acquired a contract with Teljoy for their Samsung TV/DStv Decoder package that comes with a "free" installation voucher on delivery. My items where delivered on the 15/09/2022 without the installation of the DStv, I have had back and forth arguments with the customer care consultants and even the service agents who claim to have called me 5 times without reach. I have received 1 call from the agents which I missed and returned only for them to tell me they do not have satellite dishes to come connect the decoder, which I do not need because my complex has a central dish. I then found out that the Teljoy customer care department further went on to cancel and close my installation (job) as I was unreachable but I was able to once again call them and become reachable to enquire about the incomplete service they rendered. When I called them I was put through 5 different consultants and when I asked for a manager or team leader I was told they where on lunch and the consultant had the audacity to tell me that it's my fault that the installation was not done because I was called 5 times by the agent and Teljoy to schedule a time. This company has my email address and they have communicated with me via email which I also responded to, if they could not reach me via telephone why couldn't they send me an email to confirm or schedule a time? I called them again and asked them to schedule a time to come and install the decoder and now the installation agent said they have stock take and can not do call outs then they later via text said the supplier does not have spares and they can only collect and install my decoder on Monday 31/10/2022. I have been sitting here with a fully paid DStv account which I am unable to watch because I'm still waiting for Teljoy and it's service providers/agents to come finish the job. Then the last customer care consultant I spoke could not answer me a question I asked him regarding the service package and he hang up the phone in my ear. Such unprofessionalism behavior.
