Teljoy Poor Service!!!!

I have been a customer for several years. And I am not happy at all with the service iam getting at Teljoy. Every time I want to add a new item on my account, there is always issues. There service is very poor as they also allocate payments late! Payments that was made to them in 2 weeks advance, and then I receive messages that my account is in arears? .... So everytime they promise to phone me back, and they dont. Really disappointed!
