Teljoy poor service

After Makin conatct with teljoy, wit regards to the top loader washin machine filter tht is broken. I was tld its an accessory n they cannot replace it. I desperately needed to use my machine n obviously went I bought ge filter for 300. 2months later, teljoy sends a filter n wnst me to pay for it. They are rediculous n won't recommend Any1 to do business with them
