Teljoy - Poor service

I have a service contract for maintenance with Teljoy for 5 appliances.

One of the appliances broke and when requesting it to be fixed i was told that the part for that specific appliance is not longer available.

We found a place that manufacture replacement parts.

Teljoy indicated that they where going to refund us 6 months premiums that we have paid. Up to date, we have not had the refund and the TechAdmin department is not answering emails or calls for that matter.

Katie More is such a sufficient person, who help us quickly every time I phoned. I can however not say that to the rest of the Teljoy people.

I would like a response with regards to this.
