Teljoy poor customer service

Teljoy has been baddgering me about an outstanding acount for my deceased mother for months now, which have been paid in full.

Everytime I inquire, or try to get a statement, I am told that someone will call me back, for months now, this has never happened.

I am starting to feel there is more to this and somewhere someone is not being honest. My mother has passed away many years ago, and to constintely still get reminded and called, is really very unprofessional and not tactcful at all. Especially since the account was paid in full.

I will not advise clients to to make use of their services, as they can not even get back to you to simply send a statement of accounts. Never again.
