Teljoy Payments Outstanding

So Teljoy took back the washing machine on the 16 April and we also cancelled the contract for the bed we RTO. I have spoken to Nokuthula Dladla , I confirmed with her the phone calls was recorded. So two payments will be deducted one will be the montly instalment and the cancellation fee for myself and my partner The payments went off last night only for the instalment

So when will the rest be going off ?

My case should be refered to Rami Sassen , if this matter is not resolved today I will be going to the ombudsman

Even if i type this complaints on hello peter a lady will call me and tell me i will refer the matter to the correct department
