Teljoy Payments and staff

I ordered a tv from teljoy and upon arrival I mounted the tv to my wall without having turned the tv on. When trying to turn the tv on it did not work. I logged a request to return the tv and they sent my a replacement quote for a new one saying that the tv isn't working due to me mounting it. On the replacement quote I signed for a debit order of R1 500 per month for 9 months. On the first of November the correct amount withdrew via debit order from my account as was signed for. On the second month of the contract my debit order did not go of as there was no attempt to withdraw the money from my account by Teljoy. I then phoned Teljoy saying that the debit order did not go off and teljoy told me that the debit order I signed for was on the wrong card and no one could assist me in fixing the problem. Since then they have been charging me R2 100 per month. I have sent countless emails asking them why the amount is so high all of the sudden and when phoning them they can't explain it either. The manager and the staff working below him are very rude and kept threatening to come take the tv if the amount(which is higher than signed for) is not paid.
