Teljoy - Pathetic service and ethics

Customer Service is absolutely pathetic!! I had rented a King size Lala Milan bed about a year ago, they are ever ready to assist or be persistent when it comes to a sale but unable to help when something is wrong.

I had reported a couples months back that the bed sounds terrible and in such bad condition with the squeaking of the springs and the mattress actually sinking in. They had sent out a technician to check the mattress who had advised that this was definitely not looking good but due to me washing the mattress there was a light stain which was barely visible but Teljoy obviously advised that they will not be fixing or replacing the bed.

This is completely unacceptable as should you not replace the mattress then an alternative option of at least repairing the current mattress should of been given but yet a stain was used as an excuse for the fact that the mattress was literally falling apart after a couple of months with only two people making use the bed.

Upon calling again to try and get assistance this afternoon, the service provider went as far as to acting that she was unable to hear me and cut the call, trying to get back through with absolutely no LUCK!!!!!
