TELJOY pathetic service
I have a contract with Teljoy for 36 months which started 01/02/2021 and finishes 2024/02/28 The contract stipulates the option of winning the rental units after this period. I tried to reach the company numerous occasions through different ways of email but received no response. I was however send an email last year where the company told me that im nearing my end of the contract and they gave me option to select which i will choose. I selected the owning of units option But no physical contact was made via telephone or a formal letter stating ownership will commencement date. Thisnis sonunacceotable for a big company like Telling. The only telelohone calls i received were ones where i missed a payment
