Teljoy not delivering

I have been n customer for 5years or so. I send in my tv for repairs, they took +-2months to get the tv back to m3 saying it was fixed. When i got the tv it was still broken and a note on it saying that it can be replaced(not was from Hisense) Then i gave the note to Teljoy and +-2 monts later still no feedback after alot of back and forth.
