Teljoy no service for repairs

Good day, A complaint. I have had an insurance on my appliance for many years now. First time I needed someone to see to one appliance. What a business, absolute no service. Took more than a month, then send people out late, which made me very uncomfortable. No service as they said they must come the following night again. I should make them re-place

And on top of it, what they said is wrong, is completely wrong. I am so mad at them, that I had to block them. they take money but have no service. So if my appliance stops working and runs down, who will be responsible for re-placing all in it? useless!
