Teljoy : No feedback no response!
I placed an order on the 30th of july, the order was excepted on the 1st. I havent got any feedback from anyone since. I have tried calling them many times with no luck. No one answers the phone and i even requested a call back. Every time i have to go on to the site just to check if anything has changed. I spoke with someone on the Chat bot but they told me that it takes 14days to get stock from their supplier and someone will give me a call as soon as they get stock in. No one informed me about this, i had to ask them whats going on and i am going to be billed this month for the product but i haven't even received it yet.
