Teljoy Nightmare

This is the most horrible and useless company ever to have an account with.

I pay my teljoy account every month, yet they somehow informed Transunion that i was in arrears. I requested statements from them to show transunion how wrong and false these people from teljoy are, but they refuse to assist. I emailed them numerous times and every single person is either on leave, has been on leave or is going on leave! No one is responding or assisting. They are *****ing with my credit record and i am now at the point where i will do whatever i have to, to inform people of these ******.

They called me once and due to my work i am not allowed to take personal calls. I asked them to please just respond to my 200 emails sent already. But nothing.
