Teljoy, never fails to surprise me!!!

Hallo once again Teljoy,<br> <br> It feels to me that this is the only company I can go and write a positive review on these days.<br> <br> I've been a client with you for more than 10 year and I have never had any issues what so ever.<br> <br> I had to swop a unit I did a rent to own on because it didn't have everything I needed. I spoke to Melvin early on Monday morning do help me do this. He was very helpful in explaining the process to me.<br> <br> I had to pay a R500 cancellation fee, which I was not to happy about to be honest seeing as I've been a customer with you for so long and I only did a swap, but oh well what can I do. Melvin then told me the new unit I wanted was out of stock and those words usually means wait for 3 months.<br> <br> To my surprise, Melvin phoned me today with the great news that my unit will be delivered tomorrow.<br> <br> I just want to thank Melvin for the professionalism he gave me and that he never broke a promise of keeping me in the loop or getting back to me.
