Teljoy miss one month we don't care we collect no arrangements almost two years rental down the drain

After missing payment for my rental unit with Teljoy couple of days later I received a call from the collection department. I am sorry to say but the ladies were very rude and I explained to them I am only receiving my salary on the 25th we can make arrangement for the debit and was told you know its a rental pay today or we coming to collect haibo but I am making arrangements here was told no.I am thinking I have had this unit for more than a year without problems.suddenly we don't care we coming to collect thank you was what I got.
