Teljoy - Misleading, dishonest and giving me as.a customer.a bad credit record

Since November 2018 I have been a customer from Teljoy (Rent to own) In the beginning for a couple of months I received a monthly statement without my name, physical address. Then no monthly invoice/statement. Whenever my debit order was past the debit order date, I made a cash payment, notifying their Credit Controller of payment made. Last year I changed my stop order to Capitec Bank. Teljoy handed me over for bad credit, they did not look for my Invoice number on their FNB statements. This year February 2020 one of their sales staff bluntly told me I am a bad payer. I did all the follow up with them. An email was send to me reinstating my creditworthiness. Since the beginning of this yearthe Sales staff.from Teljoy has a different excuse, when I apply for an appliance (Rent to own). One of their sales staff phoned me to notify me that I qualify to apply for an appliance. I informed her, every month I transform money from my one bank account to another bank account for my debit orders to be deducted. Apparently she send a short note with my applications to their Credit department. To my understanding the Credit department used the amount that I transfer as my income. Teljoy is unloyal to their customers they are misleading the customers, they are dishonesty and I can not recommend them. Poor rating ...not recommendable..hand me over for bad payment when I am paying every month..names of staff members and emails is available for validity of complaint
