Teljoy long wait

What a pathetic,frustrating service from Teljoy.I have been waiting for my TV unit to be fixed since the 11th of October up until now. Everytime i phone they always promise to sort me out by sending me a loan unit instead an RNR unit was delivered back to me.This is not what I was promised in the beginning of this contract.I was told that should anything happens to the unit , It will be replaced immediately.
