Teljoy is useless

My TV from Teljoy broke down and as per their policy they promised to replace it with a loan unit while repairs were taking place. They never did deliver the loan unit and said it was an oversight. I now sit without a tv I have paid IN ADVANCE for and they say they can only deliver a loan unit on Monday (5 days later). Useless service! Customer care doesn't answer their phones and their after sales service sucks!!!
