Teljoy is complacent with updating clients details, and quick to report to the credit bureau with no response once questions are asked

I Am Beyond Frustrated with Teljoy at this point. From the beginning when filling out the form for rent-to-own, they specifically ask when you get paid and when you would like your debit order to go off. I of course stated that I get paid on the 10th of every month and would like my debit order date to be the 15th. This was not fulfilled. After the first month I received a call stating that my account is in arrears as the debit for the 25th had bounced. I explained to them that I get paid on the 10th, and to please move my debit order date to the 15th, they said no problem will do. After another month or 2 I received and email from Portia Ntshotsho stating once again that my account is in arrears and that I need to make payment. I explained again about my situation and the exact response I received from her was "Thank you, noted on the system." This must have carried on for the first year of being with Teljoy where it was a constant battle of changing my debit order date. After the last call I received, I explained this in detail ONCE AGAIN, as well as noted that I will be getting married and that my email address is to change. Of course Teljoy's extremely poor service did not deliver. My debit order date and email were never changed so I was not aware of no payment being made, received no notification as they were using the wrong email as well. Eventually I received an email stating that I will be listed with South African ***** Prevention services as I have not abided by my payments. An extensive email with all proof had been sent through to their collections department, and what do you know. NO REPLY. I am fed up with the way I have been treated after multiple people had told me they had sorted the problem out. I am now being punished for something that Teljoy had not delivered. I would like this to be rectified, as I see this is not the first time they have done this to someone.
