Teljoy is a *****ulent company
pathetic experience from teljoy. They mislead a person on a black Friday deal informing them that they will be paying certain discount fee for them to make that fee back by increasing my contract premiums every year and by 10% every year. complete bull**** a contract should be honored according to what you advertised

All Teljoy agreements are governed by our Terms and Conditions, which are made available to customers prior to acceptance of the contract. In line with Clause 4.3 of the agreement, Teljoy may, in its discretion, increase the monthly rental payable by no more than 10% in any one year.
This clause applies to all contracts, including those concluded during promotional periods such as Black Friday.
Promotional discounts are app**** in accordance with the offer at the time, however they do not exclude the annual escalation clause that forms part of the signed agreement. Any adjustments are implemented within the limits set out in the contract and are not intended to mislead or unfairly disadvantage customers.
