Teljoy inconection with refund

Teljoy team the 11th August i send my first review. It is in connection with our contract for the 39cm Hi Sence tv we rent to own on July 2017 for 36 months verw ***. The contract was til July 2020. You must refund us for a years payments. At first we can not get hold of you on youre phones, then you send us a refund form to complete, witch my husband mr CAC Hattingh do completed and email it together with a bank statement from a internet caffe to you people. Now it is already Wednesday and still you people said you do.not get it. We can't complete that forms on our mobile phones and you decided you wants it from my husband's phone. You give us a " TOLL FREE" THAT IS NOT A TOLL FREE NUMBER! What the hell do you wants us to do? How must we comminucate with you people? Please we wait for you people to say to us, how do you wants us to do this thing?
