Teljoy ******* SAFPS listings?

I had a microwave and TV ****** from my home in late 2015 / early 2016, which I rented from Teljoy. Their appliances are insured, it's part of the monthly rental you pay. The case was reported to Teljoy, along with my police case number from the Bramley police. 3 years later in a recruitment agency ******** check I was found to have been listed with the South African ***** Prevention Services, by Teljoy, with a note made that I had absconded with the microwave and TV. I have been in contact with Ms Cindy Roux from Teljoy to ask her for a full explanation a to how and why I was listed on the SAFPS. She refuses to give me the legal process that must be followed before Teljoy can list a person on the SAFPS. Nor can she supply me with any evidence of Teljoy contacting me, via email or phone, that states they will be putting me on the SAFPS. In light of their refusal, I demand an official apology, in writing, from Teljoy, stating that Teljoy listed me incorrectly. I have requested this from Cindy Roux at Teljoy and she is refusing to help with any information whatsoever.

I am still waiting for Teljoy to get back to me with regard to my listing with the South African ***** Prevention Services. I have since done some more homework and thought all of you should know about what Teljoy is ********ly doing.

Here is a quote from an SAFPS website :

"The prescribed purposes, other than for purposes contemplated in the Act, for which a report may be issued in terms of section 70(2)(g) are:

(a) an investigation into *****, *******ion or theft, provided that the South African police service or any other statutory enforcement agency conducts such investigation;'

The South African Police never investigated me for any claim of *****: I have a clear ******** record and their are no warrants of arrest out
for me.

I once again reiterate another section of a SAFPS website:

"The Southern Africa ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS) is a not for profit company that assist members in the fight against *****. They provide a centralised database to list CONFIRMED ***** on individuals and companies from across all industries in South Africa".

This ******** entry on the SAFPS by Teljoy cost me my job. I demand a letter of apology from Teljoy for mistakenly / ********ly entering me onto the SAFPS and I shall also be seeking recompense for loss of income, due to me being humiliated by this listing as well as loss of income from being fired because of this listing. Please resolve before Friday, 16 August, close of business.
