Teljoy Horrible Service

I am highly upset that Teljoy has not even had the decency to call me and tell me where the loan fridge is and I was promised this yesterday for delivery today.

My story begins that on Thursday 2nd May I was delivered a fridge brand new that did not get cold over 24 hours, I called the call center on Friday the call was not logged, I had to throw all my food away as it got stale over the week-end, I called again on Monday 6th May and was told I'd get a loan fridge, and the call was logged only logged on Monday, I had to call and get the answers no one was coming back to me, and Octavia promised that the fridge will be here today Tuesday 7 May, I waited and took half the day off, and the fridge still hasn't come.

I am highly upset about this and nobody has the decency to clarify or call me . Terrible Customer Service
