Teljoy has the poorest customer service ever.

Teljoy has the worst customer support I have ever seen. A call was logged over a week ago and escalated twice and still no feedback and the faulty unit is still with me, yet they expect you to pay punctually. Even worse is that you get gate kept every time you try to speak to management to avoid anyone getting in trouble. A week later, and they still haven't even arranged for collection nevermind replacement.
