Teljoy has no purpose whatsoever anymore...

I have been a loyal customer of Teljoy for a number of years now. However from the start my one appliance had issues on and off. I fully understand that a technician has to come out etc etc. However I have now taken videos of what the appliance does, numerous times, recorded the sound. Still no joy from teljoy!!!! Must I set the appliance alight before you are going to wake up, and do something about it????

Now today I phoned 3 times! All 3 times I was promised, someone will phone me back.... Did anybody??? Not at all!!! This is absolutely pathetic service!

I will be sending Teljoy the bill for taking my clothes to a laundromat, please also note. That costs me time. My time is money. I will also now be billing accordingly. As Teljoy has not met their SLA towards me as a customer.

I hope other customers never have to deal with Nazeen and Denise.... Worst ever!!!!
